The Delray Beach Community Land Trust has partnered with the City of Delray Beach to help stabilize neighborhoods hit hard by the economic downturn. The City of Delray Beach has purchased and renovated foreclosed homes, which are available for resale and the Delray Beach Community Land Trust has sold six (6) homes and is accepting applications for purchase subject to program and lender qualifications.
